So, is the Togetic unusually small or something?
'Cause it's Dex entry says it's two feet tall.

@Chako-chan -- I didn't mean to use so many cute things. I had a friend choose a random number, so Togetic he got~. Soon enough I'll be drawing the pwnsome guys...>3
@Tyto Alba -- His Togetic is unusually small, and he is unusually big. I'm not used to drawing Togetics...but...yep. I won't take it back, I like the idea. I noticed about four hours ago while I was looking up some of its attacks...xD ; ...
